Hazard Identification and Risk Management Control Process

Planning and Management is always the result of: - Professional Advice - Management Experience - Employee concerns and requirements |

| 2. | Swing Stage Suspension System |
|
Secondary Anchoring back up suspension beams should primary counter weight system fail.
Secondary anchors include: - 8.0 Grade Chain or Double 9.0mm Grade 2160 Wire cable, anchored to slab or suitable column - Double accrow prop fixed and anchored between suitable floor slabs |
| 3. | Safety Lines |
|
Our safety lines are attached to the building, via certified attachement points.
Not only is this safety line a secondary line of safety; it is also a rescue line. This is achieved by way of a rescue stop, and enough extra safety line on the roof (or area above the swing stage); to lower a stranded person to a safe area below, or to the ground. |
