BRS has successfully completed numerous Podium Deck Refurbishment's, during this time we have acquired all the necessary skills and equipment to carry out all aspects of podium deck, and associated area refurbishment works. This has included the rebuilding of indoor and outdoor pool areas, bathrooms and amenities, BBQ areas, planter boxes and landscaping. Our tradesmen have extensive experience and skills in carrying out works within a working resort. Working together with management and guests to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.

There are many reasons to update your podium, pool or BBQ areas. The most common is water ingress, this can cause major long term problems such as structural cracking, slab subsidence, corrosion and spalling concrete, if left unattended. Some podium areas may just be in need of an update and face lift, to become user friendly, or to bring in line with new and modern resorts.
