Observatory Bridge - Reedy Creek
After problems with the under side of the brdge with carbonation and steel coverage BRD were engaged to rectify the problem, we sand-blasted the underside of the bridge structure then we epoxy injected all the cracks, we then applied over 10 tone of Vandex BB75 elastaseal and 5 tone of unimortar to protect the bridge from any future spalling or carbonation problems it ay have had in the future.
Wooloowin Tunnel - Brisbane
rehabilitation of a 2.6m diametre main storm water line for Brisbane City Council. These works consisted of break out and replacement of oxidized steel reinforcement affected concrete pipe sections and repair of the oxidized stel reinforcement with the use of the Sika Cementitious Monotop 615HB and Monotop 610 Repair System.
Focus Apartments - Surfers Paradise
Stage three of the concrete rehabiliation program to the external building facade. These works consisted of break out and replacement of oxidized steel reinforcement affected concrete sections and repair of the oxidized steel reinforcement with the use of the Sika Cementitious Monotop 615HB and Monotop 610 repair system.
Paradise Towers - Surfers Paradise
One of the Gold Coast's oldest buildings. BRS preformed major concrete repair and repainting of all exposed concrete sections inclusive of balconies. ledges, soffits and floor slab ends.
Buderim Ginger - Buderim
Brs were contracted for maintenance work after the inspection of the suspended walkway. Corrosion of the steel reinforcing in the suspended concrete walkway was to extensive to repair. The most economical solution was to remove the structure and replace it with timber.
Also we repaired the concrete and lining defects to the exterior and interior walls of the concrete holding tanks.
The Exchange Hotel - Brisbane
Injection of the Sika Sikadur 52 low vescosity Epoxy Resin Injection System into 68 lineal meters of concrete floor cracks.
Surfers Fairways - Surfers Paradise
BRS was contracted to rectify the concrete defectsand bar ends in the concrete on both the east and west buildings.
Traditional concrete repair methods as per Australian Standards for spalling concrete repairs are used in conjunction with a registered repair system integrating all of the current advanced materials technology.
Condor Apartments - Surfer Paradise
To repair the severely spalled concrete areas to the balcony edges of the building with the use of Sika Mono Top 615HB High Build Cementitious Repair Mortar, Sika Grout 212HP High Strength Grout and the Sika Quick 2500au Rapid Hardening Repair Mortar.
Breakers Apartments - Surfers Paradise
BRS was contracted to carry out remedial repairs to concrete defects in the 1st level main bedroom sliding door hobb wall, the internal floor substrate at the base of bedroom 2 balcony sliding door in unit 66 and concrete defects and water ingress problems on the external east facing wall of unit 64 and the north east facing balcony hobb wall of unit 66.
