Podium Refurbishment
BRS have currently completed the Podium Refurbishment works on the ground floor main enterance, indoor/outdoor pool area to rectify the corrosion to columns, leakage under the pool wall lining. Also replace the glazing to the windows and relocate the planter boxes

Morrocan Resort - Surfers Paradise BRS removed over 1000tonne of dirt, plants pavers, etc. from the south side podium deck, then installed a Two Layer Tremco Antirot Torch on Membrane System to over a 1000m2. After the completion of installation of the membrane and drainage system we back filled the podium area reinstated all fencing, grass areas and repainted the surrounding walls.

Phoenician Spa Resort BRS has recently completed a major refurbishment to the poodium deck on one of the Gold Coasts largest resorts. After years of water problems into shops below and a podium deck that was largely un-useable and looking tired The Phoenician body corporate decided to do an extensive upgrade. They transformed the podium deck into a modern new bbq area, sun baking areas, refurbished the water features and the pools. BRS also carried out a major removal and replacement of a new waterproofing system to the main tower roof back in 2001, works included the removal of 80tonne of dirt, pavers and trees then installing and Emerclad Waterproofing System.
