Moroccan Resort – Surfers Paradise
BRS removed over 1000 tone of dirt plants pavers etc. from the south side podium deck, we then installed a two layer Tremco antiriot torch on membrane system to over a 1000m2 after completion of the membrane and drainage system we back filled the podium area reinstated all the fencing grass areas and repainted all the surrounding walls.
Observatory Bridge – Reedy Creek
After problems with the under side of the bridge with carbonation and steel coverage BRS were engaged to rectify the problem, we sand blasted the under side of the bridge structure then we epoxy injected all the cracks, we then applied over 10 tone of Vandex BB75 elastaseal and 5 tone of unimortar to protect the bridge from any future spalling or carbonation problems it may have had in the future.
Southport Central – Stage 2 Rapcivic Builders
BRS were engaged to install over 3000m2 of Tremco paraseal LG Bentanite blanket to the basement car park.
Phoenician Spa Resort
BRS has recently completed a major refurbishment to the podium deck on one of the Gold Coast Biggest Resorts.
After years of water problems into the shops below and a podium deck that was largely unusable and looking tiered. The Phoenician body corporate decided to do an extensive upgrade to the podium deck area.
They have transformed the podium pool deck area into a ultra modern user friendly area with a new barbeque area, sun bathing areas, refurbished the water features and pools creating a truly world glass resort.
BRS also carried out a major removal and replacement of a new waterproof system to the main tower roof back in 2001
Works included removal of over 80 tone of dirt pavers and trees each then installing full Emerclad waterproofing system throughout.
Swell Apartments
BRS has recently completed over 4000m2 of torch on roof membrane also over 2000m2 of polyurethane membrane to planter boxes balconies terraces and Vandex Cementitious membrane to both pools and spa area all membranes were supplied by Parchem products.
All roof over living areas were waterproofed using a three layer index torch on membrane system (all multilayer torch on systems come with a twenty year warranty)
After problems from other waterproofing contractors BRS were engaged to take over and rectify the waterproofing to the podium decks pools, planter boxes using Emerproof 750 polyurethane membrane system.
Pegasus Centre - Bundall
Prepare and waterproof over 4000m2 of exiting metal deck roof including removal of rust installing new over flows sealing of all flashing cappings and penetrations, then apply a full Emerclad waterproofing system over the entire roof area.
