DeVille Apartments - Surfers Paradise
Window Replacement
BRS were contracted to remove and replace windows to bedrooms, kitechens and two sliding doors per unit.
All opening were protected by hoarding for overnight protection and swing stages were used for the hoarding and access to each level, which was all compliant with new Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Ocean Sands - Surfers Paradise
Building Repaint
The defects identified ranged from paint delamination, bubbles and discolourations to drummy, bulging spalling render, cracks and isolated rust spots.
Paint defects appear to be a result of inadequate substrate preparation, lack of primer and possibly also initial painting 'green' render surface causing alkalinity attacks.
Render defects have mostly been caused by lack of adhesion/proper banding to substrates. Hairline cracks had also occured under the protruding concrete slab edges at each level. This type of cracking has most likely been caused by creep/deflection of slab edges applying pressure to the block wall infill panels, causing the render to crack.

Wesley Hospital - Brisbane
Refurbishment of all external planter boxes, including removal of all soil, plants and tiling. Concrete repair to all spalling concrete, removal of all existing membrane with full Emerclad System, as supplied by Parchem Products.

Peninsula Apartments - Surfers Paradise
Sliding door and window refurbishment. These works consisted of the replacement of all door and window roller systems, installation of anti lifting kits for safety and security purposes, refurbishment of existing handrails and reconstruction of window and door frames where required.

Acapulco Resort - Surfers Paradise
Replacement of window frames. These works involved the removal of a selection of a corrosion affected window frames from the east side of the building structure and installing new powder coated window frames and windows which allow for the reduction in wind and environment noise as wel as maximum waterproofing.

Cashelmara - Surfers Paradise
BRS were contracted to repaint the interior doors and walls of the main foyer and office areas, also to replace the old baustrades with new aluminium and glass balustrade systems, and the installation of new sheet membrane waterproofing systems to roof top areas consisting of approximately 600m2.

Cumbrie Apartments - Noosa
BRS preformed a complete external and stairwell repaint, which included the high pressure clean of the walls, repair of cracks using Everflex Water Based Sealant.

Stella Maris - Ballina
Buidling Rectification Services transformed the block of units from looking old and run down to modern and stylish by preforming works on the toilet and shower areas, the external lighting, carports, windows and sliding doors, tiling of the stair well, balconies and balustrade, some internal painting and a complete external repaint.

Golden Gate Apartments
BRS rectified repairs to the coating system by using Dulux 955 Acretex Membrane System and a complete external building repaint. Concrete and bar repairs on the underside of unit balconies were also rectified. The restaurant enterance and roof underwent repairs and upgrades as did several of the penthouses, the roof water tank and the south east side windows.
