Surf Regency - Surfers Paradise
Wateproofing
Water was leaking through the ceiling above the kitchen area in one of the units. BRS installed a small section of down pipe to the roof top down pipe and Epoxy Repair of the water leak from inside of the unit.
Also, BRS rectified the water ingress coming through the joint between the groud level podium deck and the building tower.

Suncity - Surfers Paradise
The repair of leaking windows, repair of balconies and the repair of internal plasterboard cracks, because the drain holes in the window where wither missing or too high.
BRS applied primary seal, rectifying calcications to paint defects, spalling concrete around balustrade posts and recitifcation of plasterboard cracks and joints inside of the building.

Southport Central
Building Rectification Services were contracted to install over 500m2 of Paraseal LG Bentonite Blanket to the basement car park then install approximately 300m2 of waterproofing to the podium deck planter boxes, balconies and roof deck areas.

Beaches Apartments
BRS was contracted to waterproof various areas such as the expansion joint to balcony terrace to the rear of the garden bed, the planter box triangle to the east side of tje stairway, the roof deck to the stairway and the planter box to the west side including waterproofing the length of the stairway by the eidth of the planter box.

Sea World - Shark Bay
BRS rectified the upper viewing deck which consists of a decoravtive topping slab, overlaying a concrete slab, which acts as the ceiling of the below water viewing room. The leaks into the viewing room were originating from the wastern side air duct, the upper deck slab and the glass viewing wall.
