Building Rectification Services has been contracted for the removal of over 5000m2 of existing dirt and membrane from the concrete roof structures and Installation of a multi layer torch on membrane system (Supplied by Parchem) with stone ballast finish over the top of the membrane system.

Wooloowin Tunnel

Rehabilitation of a 2.6m diameter main storm water line for Brisbane City Council. These works consists of break out and replacement of oxidized steel reinforcement affected concrete pipe sections and repair of the oxidized steel reinforcement with the use of the Sika cementitious MonoTop 615HB and MonoTop 610 repair system.

Sliding door and window refurbishment. These works consists of the replacement of all door and window roller systems, installation of anti lifting kits for safety and security purposes, refurbishment of existing handrails and reconstruction of window and door frames where required

Replacement of windows frames. These works involve the removal of a selection of corrosion affected window frames and windows from the east side of the building structure and installing new powder coated windows frames and windows which allow for the reduction in wind and environment noise as well as maximum water proofing.
