Terms & Conditions
- Water and power to be supplied by the client.
- Clear access to all areas of work.
- Progress claims to be made monthly for projects of more than one month.
- Payment Nett 7 days from date of invoice.
- A lockable storage shed to be supplied by the client – usually 2 car spaces.
- Working hours: normal building industry working hours start at 7.00am. Morning hours are normally the most productive, in particular, before the wind picks up (usually from 11.00 – 12.00 o’clock on). After this time, work can become difficult and less productive. Often on beach side projects work ceases because it becomes too windy. Normal work patterns require noisy jack hammering and grinding works to be done after 9.00 am leaving the early morning work (7.00am – 9.00am) for quieter works i.e. patching and painting. This is usually organized from the afternoon before.
- Liquidated damages: there has been no allowance for extra works, damages or a contingency sum outside that for the specification. Therefore, Building Rectification Services Pty. Ltd. will endeavor to keep any disruption to all tenants to a minimum, but would not accept any responsibility for loss of income to the Body Corporate or individual tenants.
- Prices quoted are valid for sixty (60) days and are subject to any fluctuation which is beyond the control of Building Rectification Services Pty. Ltd.
- Extras: this quotation is for carrying out the works specified herein. Unless specifically stated, the ‘work’ relates only to the work carried out and does not purport to cover any other problems, defects or other areas which may arise.
- Duration of contract is subject to weather conditions as well as access to relevant areas
- Prices do not include for any removal or replacement of any electrical or plumbing works unless clearly stated on our quotation.
